fonts-eeyek software package provides Eeyek TrueType font for Meetei Mayek script, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-eeyek
fonts-eeyek is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-eeyek package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-eeyek *
You will get with fonts-eeyek package name, version, architecture and description in a table
